Darshna has been serving the Bay Area, Silicon Valley as a Talent Advisor since 2013. She played a pivotal role in placing tech talent for more than 50+ early stage startups. Her penchant for building winning teams for high-growth startups motivated her to be the founder of UnicornSourcer.

Darshna is also an ex-Amazonian (AWS) who believes “Customer Obsession” is core to any company’s DNA and operations and is passionate to provide positive candidate and client experience for employer branding across industries.

Darshna graduated with a MBA  - Marketing degree from Wigan & Leigh College UK.

A bay area native Darshna lives in San Jose, CA with her husband and daughter.

Outside the recruiting world  Darshna loves to run marathon, playing frisbee and slowly but surely approaching the perfect espresso shot at Starbucks.

Susila has been serving the Greater New York area as a  Tech Talent Advisor since 2011. She is an ex- Amazonian (AWS) who has a proven track record in recruiting, sourcing, onboarding highly skilled tech candidates in corporates and startups. 

Susila consistently strives to provide a high quality candidate experience and is passionate about building relationships with candidates and getting to know them on a personal level.

 Outside the recruiting world Susila enjoys spending time with family, loves to travel and do gardening. She also Volunteers for  Tax preparation  with United way of Central Jersey and YMCA.

Susila graduated with a Bachelors of commerce degree from Gayatri Vidya Parishad and is currently residing in New Jersey.

Based in Princeton, NJ and having last served as a Senior Technical Recruiter with Amazon - AWS, Ratna has helped accelerate growth for 60 plus companies by placing best in class candidates.

Backed with a degree in Electronics Engineering and MBA, Ratna is a passionate matchmaker, committed to helping candidates land their dream job and takes the time to get to know her clients on a deeper level.

Outside of work, she loves hiking, canoeing with her family and dancing! 

Namrata has been serving the bay area, silicon valley as a Talent Advisor since 2018. She is an ex-Amazonian (AWS) who has experience recruiting for both startups and corporates such as JP Morgan Chase & Amazon. 

Namrata is a go getter and can successfully close any role that comes across. She's investigative and understands how to keep herself on the critical path to success in finding qualified candidates.

Namrata graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University. Outside of recruiting she loves to spend time with her family, kids and loves to travel.
